Refund Policy

Force majeure

If a force majeure event to which this clause applies occurs, we undertake to notify you as soon as possible. If the force majeure event lasts for more than 15 calendar days, either party shall be entitled to terminate the contract. Where services have been paid for in advance but not performed, you will be entitled to a full refund from the date of cancellation of all such services.

Various

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract for the supply of goods or services at any time before 15 calendar days have elapsed from the day after the conclusion of the contract. Such cancellation must be communicated to us in writing. If we have already begun to perform our part of the contract, or in the case of an order for the formation of a COMPANY, before you exercise your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal will be forfeited.

Company incorporation orders

In the event that you purchase a company formation package, but change your mind before submitting company details, we will refund all monies paid to us, provided that your written request for a refund is received within 14 days from the date of purchase.

No refund can be granted for the company's training package or any part of the company's training package once the company's application has been submitted, even if its company training is rejected.

Service order address

In the event that you purchase an address service from COMPANY (business address, service address or business address/mail forwarding service) but change your mind;

If we have not yet processed your order and set up your address service(s), you will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to us, provided that notice of cancellation is sent within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. No refund will be granted for cancellation requests after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

If we have already processed your order and set up your address service(s), you will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to us, less an administration fee of $15.00 plus VAT per address service, provided that notice of cancellation is sent within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. No refund will be granted for cancellation requests after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Administration fees cover the cost of order processing, service setup and any other unforeseen expenses.

Either party (the Customer or us) is free to cancel an address service by giving one full calendar month's written notice.

In the event that a refund is requested within 15 calendar days of the date of purchase of an address service, but our address is used by your COMPANY for more than 15 calendar days after the date of purchase, this address service will be considered used and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Additional products and services

In the event that you make a purchase of an additional product or service, but change your mind, provided that we have not commenced work to provide the product or service, you will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to us, provided that notice of cancellation is given within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. No refund will be granted for cancellation requests after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase or when we have commenced work to provide the product or service.

No refund will be granted if we require cancellation of an additional product or service (e.g., a business telephone service) due to failure to provide proof of identification and proof of address, as required by our terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with our obligations under anti-money laundering regulations and know-your-customer requirements.
